Cheddar Macaroni and Ham Casserole

I made this with some leftover ham I had frozen and it turned out great. I omitted the peas and Mrs Dash and it still was delicious. thank you for posting a really easy tasty dish!!

  • 1 (14 ounce) package Mac n' Cheese Deluxe (Kraft)
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed, drained
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup crushed Ritz cracker (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)


  1. Cook macaroni in large saucepan for 8-10 minutes. Drain. Return to pan.
  2. Squeeze cheese sauce over hot macaroni. Stir until blended.
  3. Stir in ham, peas and milk.
  4. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole before baking.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
