The cheddar-cumin combination is full of flavor. Serve with warm tortilla chips.
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 10 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Heat cream in medium saucepan until hot. Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into warming dish or fondue pot. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
