A staple at our house.
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In a bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and yogurt until well blended.
- Stir in the corn and cheese.
- Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until tests done.
- Cut into squares.
- Serve warm.
