Adapted from the cookbook, Noteworthy.
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry (or to taste)
- 1⁄2-1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 3⁄4 cup mango chutney
- 1⁄2 cup chopped almonds
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Pack into crock or small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Serve at room temperature with crackers.
