Cheddar Cheese Pear Pie

"So a friend requested this pie recently, and it sounded so intriguing, I had to try it. I couldn't find a recipe that "did it" for me, so I threw some things together and this pie was born! The combination sounds a bit strange, but believe me, it is delicious."

The weather, the people, everything is just wonderful! I'm still on the search for great restaurants, I haven't found many, so I have been cooking up a storm to get my fix of delicious food! I spent most of my life moving around the South East with a few years spent up North (don't hold that against me!).
