  1. This is outrageously good! And I hate cauliflower!!! My husband and I ate the entire thing in one sitting.

  2. This is a very tasty, easy dish that is sure to please everyone! I liked the chives and sour cream as a nice tangy sauce and enjoyed the thick cheese crust on top. Mmmm! I think I would have liked a bit mores seasoning, but not sure exactly what. Some garlic and nutmeg maybe. I used my oven and the stove top to prepare this as I dont have a microwave and it worked out very nicely. All in all a wonderful dish, that I will surely make again. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing your recipe with us! Made and reviewed for Everyday Is A Holiday Tag Game June 2010.

  3. this is a great find for me; i'm always looking for ways to use up cauliflower and that half-container of sour cream that always seems to be in my fridge! i used the microwave exclusively, and while i imagine baking would create a tasty crispiness i appreciated the "sauce" that resulted from the microwaving; we had corn on the cob with this and the corn soaked up the sauce nicely. i would be tempted to add garlic next time, but that's just personal preference. i did mix half the cheese in with the cauliflower and put half on top just for even coverage, and i only used 1 c because that's all i had. thanks for posting, i'm sure i'll revisit this! made for went to market 2008.

  4. Quick, easy and tasty too! This went together in no time. Thanks!

  5. Wow..... What a kid pleaser...... The whole family thought this was wonderful and my kids went back for seconds..... The flavors of the sour cream and chives mixed great with the cheese..... I have a steamer and I steamed my cauliflower instead of cooking in the microwave..... I also baked in the oven after adding the cheese until it was melted..... It was amazing.... I can see how using the microwave would be easier and faster though...... We loved it and will be eating again..... I wonder how this would be on brocolli and maybe brussel sprouts..... ?????? Sorry no picture..... I was planning on taking one until my digital camera got ruined at Sea World.....

Tweaks

  1. This was nice tasting & quick to prepare! Will admit, though, that I used on a cup of cheese, and instead of salt & pepper, I used a rounded 1/8 teaspoon of lemon pepper! Definitely a recipe worth keeping! [Tagged, made & reviewed for Please Review My Recipe cooking game]

I have two boys Eddie 18 and Brandon 10. I have been with my hubby for 16 years. I work full time outside the home and my boys keep me busy at home. Eddie is a singer and base guitar player in a band and Brandon races go karts. We also have a Collie/Beagle mix named Sugar. I love to cook and try out new recipes. My family likes it too but at times ask my to make just "normal" food, as I forget sometimes to make my own TNT recipes. I cook a lot with with my crock pot as it makes life a lot easier for me. I am always on the look out for new crock pot recipes. I'm not much of a baker as I don't like to measure things. I collect cookbooks and recipes in general. I usually start with a recipe and tweak to my families liking. My Rating System: 5 Stars = The whole family enjoyed the dish and it will be added to my TNT cookbook. Book #220911. These recipes will be made again and again. 4 Stars = Recipe was good, but needed some modifications or it was good but not something we would want on a regular basis. Also goes into my TNT-4 star recipe cookbook. Book #220912 3 Stars = It was edible, but won't be made again. 2 Stars = Needs some kind of major adjustments. 1 Stars = Inedible, didn't work, waste of ingredients.
