1. These were good and easy to make. I only had a pound of hamburger so cut the recipe. I made five burgers with the pound of meat. I used 1/8 cup of bbq sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of everything else. We all enjoyed these. They were really moist.

 2. These were very good. We altered the recipe as we only wanted to make 2 burgers. We used 1/8 tsp of the garlic pwr, salt and pepper. As for the bbq sauce, I tried to use only a little bit - about 1/16 of a cup. They turned out wonderful and we can't wait to make them again!

 3. These were very good, though I altered it a bit. I used 2 lbs of beef but left the seasonings the same - I like really flavorful burgers. I also added about 1 tsp of montreal steak seasoning. I think the BBQ sauce keeps the burgers moist. I served these on whole-wheat buns, with Recipe #39478 & Recipe #66644.

 4. These were quite tasty. I halved the recipe and it worked out fine. I thought they were nice and moist and had good flavor. I keep a list of burger recipes (I don't like just plain meat) and this one will go on it!

 5. I really enjoyed the flavour of these and will be making them regularly for summer BBQ's. Tonight I served them with lots of vegetables instead of on buns. They hold together very well and were moist and tasty.

I am a mother of three and live in central Pennsylvania. My children were very active in after school activities and found we weren't spending anytime together at meal time. In 1998, I decided to start cooking my dinners in a crockpot so that we could have a home cooked meal together once everyone came home. My children now get so excited to see what we are having to eat and love the smell when they walk in the door. My family calls me the crock pot queen. LOL I use my crock pot everyday of the year.

My three children are now in college and before they come home they request their favorite meal. I still continue to cook in the crock pot for my husband and I. It is nice after a long day to know your meal is ready. It also helps in keeping my grocery bill down. With zaar, I can print my shopping list and that is all I purchase is the ingredients on that list.

Now, my two daughters have been crock pot cooking while in college. They find it is easy to cook for the themselves and their friends. It is an easy way to have friends over for dinner after classes

I still love trying new recipes and purchasing cookbooks, especially crock pot cookbooks.

Happy Cooking!
