  1. Roll pastry to fit a greased 12-inch pizza pan; flute edges.
  2. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  3. Arrange apples in a single layer in a circular pattern to completely cover pastry.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Combine brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheese.
  6. Cut butter into small pieces and dot top of pizza.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
  8. Cut into wedges; serve warm.
