Cheat's falafel

  1. Blitz the chickpeas, garlic, breadcrumbs, herbs, sesame oil, soy sauce, and curry paste in a food processor (or use a hand held blender).
  2. Dampen your hands and shape the mixture into balls slightly larger than a £2 coin. Roll in the sesame seeds and press slightly.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the falafel for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Leave to cool, the chill until ready to pack.
