I chose this for the Spring 2007 PAC. This was so good Ducky and pretty easy considering I make my Sourdough Pizza Crust which has Italian seasoning already in it for this. I let my dough rise once, then shaped it into a rectangle. After brushing with olive oil I added rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese. Excellent texture and beautiful presentation. Thanks so much. This was excellent. It was a nice change from garlic bread. I used President's Choice flatbread and for the toppings rosemary, garlic powder and oregano. Thanks. I will be making this again soon.
Super simple and really yummy. One package (2 crusts) made a great weekend treat for me while I was all alone!
