Cheater's Cake

"I was sent this recipe by my daughter who lives in Japan. It was served to her for afternoon tea in a Japanese home. It was cut in 2" squares and then into triangles. I suspect it is a Western recipe though!"

When I am not cooking I run a business - a patchwork and quilting store. I have a large garden and several pets. My favourite cook books are always the ones where people have donated recipes - like Recipzaar. I travel a lot to America and pick up a recipe book each time! I have too many. If I had a month off I think I would be a fly on the wall of a big busy kitchen of a hotel but maybe flies are not allowed!!
