Quick but with that "real baked" taste!
- Wash and dry potatoes.
- Microwave until done.
- Place on gas or electric stove burner, turning as skin scorches.
- Serve as normal baked potatoes!
I make this also very easy. But it's a good idea to poke the potatoes with a fork or knife before microwaving. (just as a precaution to those who are new at nuking things. you can actually blow up and catch your potatoes on fire if you cook them too long.)That hasn't personally happened to me but to a friend. This is also a good recipe to use before making potato skins instead of baking them in the oven.
