Another TN one here.If using a skillet like it says,use a deep one.I always use a deep stainless steel pot instead.

  1. Put everything except nuts and vanilla in heavy iron skillet and bring slowly to rolling boil,stirring constantly.
  2. When whole surface is boiling,cook 2 minutes.
  3. Remove immediately from heat.
  4. Add vanilla and nuts.
  5. Cool to luke warm.
  6. Beat until thick and creamy.
