  • Cut peppers in thirds and remove seeds. Place cut side down on cookie sheet. Broil until skins are blackened and puffed. Place peppers in a covered casserole and let stand for 10 minutes to steam. Remove and peel.
  • Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
