  • In a large mixing bowl coarsely break crackers, add peanuts and the raisins.
  • Melt margarine and marshmallows in a sucepot over medium heat.
  • Add in the vanilla and fruit juice ( may use water ). I always use juice.
  • Stir over heat until mixture thickens.
  • Usually if low heat it will take 5 minutes.
  • Pour over the dry ingredients in bowl.
  • Press into a greased large jelly roll pan.
  • About 40 cm x 30 cm.
  • They should come out thin like a cracker .
  • Refrigerate until cooled and firm.
  • Cut into bars, store in refrigerator.
