I came up with this recipe a few years ago and my son just gobbles these up!
- Rinse each pork chop under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
- Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with all of the spices listed above.
- Grill on George Forman for 8 minutes or bake in oven for 6 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 6 minutes.
