This is the best milkshake I have come up with recently to cheer my husband when he is feeling low. Enjoy!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 mango, washed, peeled and cubed
  • 3 glasses of chilled milk
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • ice cube, as required


  1. Put the first 3 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled over ice cubes.
