Directions

  1. Lat out bread slices and butter one side of each piece.
  2. Put on griddle butter side down and put piece of cheese on other side and top with another piece of bread, butter side up.
  3. With a pancake turner, check bread until golden brown, then carefully flip over the sandwich and grill until the other side is nice and golden brown too.
  4. Take off pan and serve.
