A perfect addition to any salad
- 12 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 8 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 cups canola oil
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup water
- white pepper
- In bowl, whisk vinegar, honey and mustard. Gradually add oil and whisk until emulsified. Season with salt & pepper.
Made half a recipe and was great on a Moroccan salad.
Thank you for sharing this excellent and easy recipe. I did make some changes though. I used red wine vinegar and olive oil and then I mixed it all in my vitamix. It made a lot and that's good, because my husband says this one is a "keeper."
I really like the taste. There is a resterant we go to in Boston that has Champagne Ving dressing and I always looking for it at home/market. This is close- I wonder if adding actual Champagne would help. We did not have any on hand. Next time. Thank you for posting.
