First time making risotto, and i'm glad i made this recipe! Very Tasty! Hit with the husband too! Very Easy, but i think if you are using prosciutto, you could easily just use bacon - DO NOT ADD SALT! Just scratch that off. We used Little Black Dress Pinot Grigio and it was awesome (salty, but great).

DELICIOUS! My first risotto and it turned out better than I could have ever expected! I followed the recipe exactly and I did have extra hands in the kitchen to help me! Everone loved this dish and it was a perfect side dish w/ seafood. Thank you, knitaholic, for a great recipe!!! Made for the Think Pink Tag Game In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness, October 2008.
