This looks so good and refreshing, for a sweeter taste use an Asti or other sweet sparkling wine. From, a Panamanian site.

I made these well ahead of time and allowed the fruit to really permeate and be permeated by the sparkling wine (Freixenet). It made for a delicious adult drink/dessert that my DH and I both really enjoyed.

  1. Chill champagne glasses.
  2. Peel and slice mangoes and chill.
  3. Partially thaw raspberries.
  4. Place slices of mango topped with whole raspberries in bottom of glass and fill with champagne. Serve immediately. Cook times are chill times.
