This is from Vegetarian Times. January 2007. This sounds lovely.
- Bring 6 cups water and ginger to a boil in large pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep 5 minutes.
- Strain into teapot. Stir in juice and honey, and serve immediately.
Very good! This was a very unique blend, and it was very enjoyable. I loved the combo of ginger and cranberry. Thanks for sharing!
