This sounds great! Found it online but can't remember where -- we had a power outage. Of course this is a No-Cook recipe.
- 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
- 1⁄2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1⁄2 ounce light rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 ounce cream of coconut
- 3⁄4 cup ice
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Serve in highball glass.
Thank God I don't live in a 'dry county'. Gee, that sounds like a country music song. Made for Bargain Basement.
