1. I have been drinking this for years and it is called a Kir Royale!! You can also substitute Cream de Cassis for Chambord

 2. Looks innocent, huh? It's not. errrrrrp!

 3. I had never tried Chambord before, but after buying it for another cocktail, i fell in love with it, it's so good!! The "Cham Cham" recipe was in the little booklet attached to th ebottle, so I did a search to see if it was on here. I didn't add the fresh raspberry, but I LOVE the drink itself! Very tasty! :)

 4. We enjoyed this on New Year's Eve with some friends. Wonderful combination! Everyone really liked it!

 5. Served these to all the girls at our New Years party and they were a hit! Very festive and much easier to make than anything that involves a shaker!

Hello from suburban Fort Worth, Texas!

______________________________________________

*My rating system defined*

Very few recipes really knock my socks off - I love to cook but am not a gourmet.
This said:

***** - met all my expectations in taste & appearance; directions were clear & easy to follow.

**** - fell slightly short of my expectations in taste or appearance or directions were faulty or not completely clear.

*** - mediocre taste and/or appearance; most likely a recipe that I would not use again without much modification.

** - taste and/or appearance was not to my liking; a recipe that I would not attempt to modify or use again.

* - taste was absolutely not to my liking (I can't imagine ever using this rating as I can generally tell by the ingredients if I will enjoy the finished product or not)
