I use 2% milk to make this with...makes it MUCH creamier..If you give some as gifts..be sure to save some for your self...
- 177.44 ml non-fat powdered milk
- 295.73 ml non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
- 354.88 ml powdered French vanilla flavored coffee creamer
- 473.18 ml granulated sugar
- 295.73 ml brown sugar, packed
- 473.18 ml instant tea, unsweetened
- 12.32 ml ground cinnamon
- 6.16 ml ground cloves
- 6.16 ml ground cardamom
- 7.39 ml ground nutmeg
- 4.92 ml allspice
- 1.23 ml white pepper, finely ground
- Combine all ingredients -- Stir in spices.
- In a blender or food processor.blend 1 cup at a time until mixture is consistency of fine powder.
- To serve:.
- Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai Tea Mix into mug of hot water -- or I use 2" milk.to make it creamier.
- Makes 8-9 cups of tea mix.
- Yield 7 cups.divide as you see fit.or keep for yourself.

I can't believe I overlooked rating this! I've been using your recipe for over a year!!! This is the best chai one out there. I double the cardamom, since we love it, and occasionally add extra powdered sugar when on hand. I can't tell you how many times I am asked to make this. Thanks for sharing!
