    NorthwestGal's Note:

A recipe I found on www.food-india.com website. There are several other chai recipes posted to this site, but none have quite the lineup of spices that are included in this recipe, which I really liked a lot.

I love chai tea, but I've never made it the traditional way until now. The spices in this tea are perfect and I chose to use an all natural sweetener and to sweeten it by the cup. I will be enjoying this tea all afternoon. Made for the Football Pool tag game.

Super easy and delicious! I prefer iced chai tea, so I doubled the recipe and poured it into a pitcher, mixed with sugar and let it cool, then served it over ice. Very creamy, strong and yummy! Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT8.
