Nice bread, DG! Very soft flavors, moist center with a crunchy crust. I didn't use the glaze, just butter. I had some chai latte so I used that for the tea & the milk. Smells wonderful when baking! We had it for dessert, a bedtime snack & I had more for breakfast. Thanks!

Wonderful, wonderful and genius recipe. I replaced milk with soy milk and left off the glaze, which is far too much sugar for my taste. I will make this again and again, thanks so much.

This was great. I left off the glaze (I forgot to add), but since I added chocolate chips to the batter and served it with chocolate butter, I didn't think it needed it. I'll try this again later with the glaze. I think I will use a different pan to bake in, though, since the edges got a little burned. Well, thanks for sharing!

Very moist cake with lots of flavor. The crust on mine came out crispy and sweet. I adore this cake!

I made this bread today because I was off and in a baking mood. I love chai and I loved this bread! I made the bread exact (with the chai tea and not water) but the glaze I goofed and added the cinnamon into it. Oops! Also cut the bread while still warm and poured the glaze over it so it would soak into it. MMM! Tasted like chai!:) Thanks DreamGoddess!!

These were excellent. I added raisons that I'd soaked for a half hour and whole wheat flour. I also did them as muffins. They were yummy. I LOVE LOVE LOVE chai!!!! thanks for the posting!
