  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the first 7 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, honey, oil and egg until well blended. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  2. Dump the batter into a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top gets golden and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool.

This was pretty good, it came out crumbly and I think it would do well with some ginger and maybe step up some of the other spices because the apples seemed to absorb most of the spices. I will definitely make this again with those modifications. Thank you for posting!
