A great blend of flavors, made simple with instant chai latte packets. I used packets from Oregon Chai.
- 6 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups frozen mangoes
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3 (1 1/8 ounce) packetspowdered chai tea mix
- Defrost mango in microwave.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Put in ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer recommendations.
