  • preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat in butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just blended. On low speed add dry ingredients and milk. bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Topping: Beat cream until thickened (adding chai flavoring if desired) spoon the thickened cream on top of each cupcake and dust tops with cinnamon.
