Just a quick recipe for Chai I found on the web - this is great when I'm sick.
- 4 bags black tea
- 10 cardamom seeds
- 2 cinnamon sticks (crushed)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- Bring 1 1/2 quarts of water to a boil.
- Add tea, cardamom, cinnamon, and pepper.
- Return to a boil.
- Add sugar and remove from heat.
- Cover and let stand 5 minutes to steep.
- Serve with milk to taste.
