I gre up on the Mexican border and the Rockies in New Mexico. I grew up eating traditional Mexican dishes, and still love eating them today more than any other food, and can't deal with anything bland. I love chile! I love to cook, but have only been cooking regularly for a few years, so I still make some silly mistakes, especially with baking. One of my favorite things to do is read recipes, and I love eating at new restaurants. After Mexican, my favorite cuisines are Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Hawaiian.
