This is a wonderful chat masala recipe. A tsp. of ground ginger and corriander powder are nice additions to add to this.
This is a unique recipe that produces a very flavorful dish. I used skinless boneless thighs and laid they in one layer in an oven proof dish after marinading them for 5 hours. I used 2% milk instead of the cream but otherwise followed the recipe. I used bought Gram Maesala and Chat Masala. Thank-you Honeybee2299 not only an interesting recipe but a very tasty one as well
Thank you for posting this, it is difficult to find in the Asian supermarkets here. Easy to put together and I have used it on all sorts of food, even non Indian.
