I'm a student and a single parent of 2, therefore very busy!! But still find time in my hectic schedule to cook & try new things. I'm a vegetarian, but apart from that eat almost anything, and am very open to new tastes. Currently trying to expand my repertoire of quick but healthy family meals & things I can make the night before, but I do find it hard to resist playing with recipes and making them far more complicated!! If I could spend all day faffing around in the kitchen I would.
I also have millions of other interests besides cooking (and I'm not exaggerating much), but cooking is one of the few I can justify devoting lots of time to - you've got to eat, and you might as well eat well!
