CelticBrewer's Raisin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

"Crispy on the outside, both chewy and cake-y on the inside. This produces delicious rounded cookies with the perfect combination of raisins and chocolate chips - yet without as much of the fat and sugar found in other recipes. Healthy and tasty! (This is my own recipe creation.)"

  1. The family enjoyed these while saying how dry they were...unfortunately they were not moist at all...the flavor was good...in fact everyone committed on the touch of cinnamon...the only change I made was to use light brown sugar instead of dark...made for Spring 2014 PAC...=)
