A great appetizer, that is served cold. Can be made ahead.Sounds fancy, but is so simple.
- 7 small new potatoes
- 2 1⁄2 cups boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream, plus
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons black caviar, drained (apprx)
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons golden black caviar, drained (apprx)
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Chill.
- Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Place potatoe slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 teaspoon caviar.
