  1. Brown hamburger and onion.
  2. Add green pepper,celery, seasonings, and tomato sauce.
  3. Cook 15 minutes.
  4. Cook pasta, drain.
  5. Mix all ingredients.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
