  1. Blanch broccoli or asparagus for 2 minutes, plunge in ice water.
  2. In same boiling water you cooked vegetables in, cook pasta.
  3. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and cook til light brown.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add vegetables to the oil mixture.
  6. Add drained pasta to the oil/veg mixture.
  7. Toss to coat and grate fresh parmesan cheese over top.
  8. Can add a cooked and diced chicken breast.
