  1. Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  2. Cover saucepan and steam 7-8 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
  3. Transfer cauliflower to a serving dish.
  4. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently before serving.

This was extremely easy to make,of course. But the addition of the lemon took away the "heavy" flavor you sometimes get with cauliflower without adding a lot of lemony flavor.

I made a lesser quantity. I added a squeeze of 1/2 a lemon and it turned out sour. Next time I might add a little less lemon juice and also add a little EVOO...
