Not bread alone, 1st Baptist Church, Rochester. Haven't tried--looks good for lent or other meatless meals.

Directions

  1. Cook cauliflower till tender.
  2. Cook noodles with cauliflower till tender; drain.
  3. Add cheese and parsley.
  4. In another bowl, add mayo, salt, lemon and onion.
  5. Beat egg white stiff and fold into mayo mixture. Spoon over cauliflower mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes till top is browned and cheese melted.
