    This is very different and good.It is an easy salad to take to a pot luck and one you won't find many other people bringing.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    1. 1
      make dressing by mixing mayo, sugar and cheese together. If not using until the next day, keep in fridge but remove 2 hours before serving salad.

      Break lettuce and cauliflower into small pieces in large bowl, add chopped onion.

      pour dressing a little at a time and mix together adding more dressing as needed.

      Nice alternative to broccoli salad! I substituted low fat mayo and reduced the sugar slightly, and it still came out great. We loved the flavour the Parmesan added to the salad. I found that I didn't need all of the dressing. There's enough left to make another half salad later in the week. Yum! Thanks pollyw! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
