      Although the recipe was cut in half, I did follow it right on down & was nicely surprised at what a tasty combo the cauliflower, grapes & nuts made! I did use a mild cheddar since I didn't want it to overpower the other ingredients, & that worked out just fine! A wonderfully unusual & satisfying salad! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Fall's round of Pick A Chef]
