Wonderful flavours in this dish! Made as directed with only one exception. I only used half of the caraway...as we are really not fans. But we agree ...this is a keeper. Beer, cheese, rye and mustard....what's is not to like? This is quick and easy to put together and the aroma during the cooking filled my home with wonderful expectations. And it didn't fail. I will definately be making this again. Thank you Auntie for sharing.

Directions

  1. Pour beer and let sit until completely flat.
  2. Dry bread cubes on a baking sheet in a 300F oven until browned, making sure they do not burn!
  3. Saute cauliflower in butter with the caraway seeds, until just tender. Combine with bread and cheese and spread in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients with reserved beer in a blender and pour over casserole.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes, until browned and puffy.
