Was good, but at 66% calories from fat, not an often-serve. I used lite sr.cream, halved the mayo and used cider vinegar with 2 teaspoons Splenda to omit the sugar on the 2nd try, and it was very good. Added dried cranberries for colour and vitamin C. Chilling brings together the tastes well.

Directions

  1. Put broccoli, cauliflower,celery into bowl.
  2. Mix together rest of ingredients, pour over veggies.
  3. Chill at least 6 hours.
