  1. Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets.
  2. Bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
  3. Add cauliflower and boil 20 minutes or until done.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  6. Toss lightly.
