- 9.85 ml oil
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4.92-9.85 ml cumin seed
- salt and chili powder
- cilantro, chopped to garnish
directions
- Heat the oil in the pan and put tomatoes, cauliflower, onion and cumin seeds in the oil.
- Place the lid on the pan, until the cauliflower is cooked, about 15 minutes.
- Add salt and chilli powder to taste.
- Garnish with cilantro.

Loved this! I added a zucchini because I didn't have quite enough cauliflower on hand. I thought the flavors in this dish were stellar. It really would make a good side with many options. Next time I won't cook the veggoes quite as long. I think they would be even better just a bit crisper. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
