This smells wonderful in the oven! I made my own version with things I had. I used a head of cauliflower, 1//4 head of cabbage, and several carrots that I steamed in the microwave. I used ff Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream and left out the peppers because I didn't have any. I added some garlic, onions, oregano and red pepper flakes. I think this is going to be one of our favorite veggie recipes.

Loved this! Hubby kept going back for more. I used medium cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. Otherwise, followed recipe exactly. Delicious!!

Yum! This was even better than I hoped. Really tasty way to get your vegetables and some calcium! I will be making this again.

Made as a side-dish for a family dinner, this was very well-received, and this from youngsters who are not wild about cauliflower and really don't care for pepper. I used only green pepper, a whole one, as I had no red. Otherwise I stuck to the recipe, and it worked perfectly, a lovely change to the usual cauliflower cheese, I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks, Dotty! Made for Aussie swap #24, January 09

I also got this from the Taste of Home and it is outstanding. Made it just last nigt. I usually don't have corn flakes, so I use crushed whole wheat saltines instead.

What a wonderful side dish. Not only did we all enjoy the cauliflower done in the oven, Cauliflower Casserole makes for a wonderful make ahead! The seasonings were to our taste and the timing right on for my oven. Made as posted and wouldn't change a thing ... except will be sure to make more next time around! Thank you Dotty, it is another Dotty2 winner!

Delicious! Only change was to saute the peppers with a little onion before adding to the cauliflower for baking. Left out the corn flakes (none on hand). Once you start eating this dish it is hard to stop. Thanks for a wonderful recipe, Dotty2! M.Joan from Iowa

An excellent way to do cauliflower. We really enjoyed the flavour and, as a bonus, it looks good. Thanks for sharing as I am always looking for a different cauliflower recipe to serve.
