Tasty and suitable for mild chilli con carne eaters. Can substitute the can of baked beans with a can of chilli style kidney beans and add more chilli powder for more kick.

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Saute the onion and garlic.
  3. Brown the beef mince.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. If having with baked potatoes, serve the con carne on a baked potato, with garnishes if you wish.
