- 1 1⁄2 ounces dark rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Tia Maria, coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce light cream
- 4 ounces cold coffee
- crushed ice
- Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well.
I really enjoyed it but without the ice. I forgot. But anyway it's not summer so I didn't need the ice. I used half and half cream. Thanks Annacia. Made for Photo tag game
