  1. Marinate tofu in 1/2 of the dressing.
  2. Cut into chunks.
  3. Start by placing water and brown rice in a pot to simmer until cooked.
  4. HEAT salad dressing and soya sauce in large frying pan.
  5. Add broccoli and pepper; stir-fry over medium heat until tender.
  6. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
  7. Serve over the brown rice.
